Translating Markets. Reducing Risk.

My professional path is defined by the ability to move between different worlds.

I operate as a bridge between Brazil and international markets, translating Brazilian cultural, regulatory, and real estate realities for foreign investors, while also bringing global standards and frameworks to Brazilians seeking to invest, relocate, or make long-term asset decisions.

This practical translation reduces friction, mitigates risk, and accelerates outcomes.

About Diogo Shimizu

I am a real estate professional (Creci SP 235218-F, 44666-J) focused on investment and specialized in real estate development at Secovi. I am also CEA-certified by ANBIMA.

Other than having a technical background, I study to solve real problems, improve decision-making, and protect capital. This allows me to engage with investors, families, and partners using clear language, avoiding unnecessary jargon while maintaining depth where it matters.

Continuous learning is central to how I work. I actively pursue additional financial, real estate, and operational knowledge to deliver more complete and thoughtful solutions. I do not act merely as an intermediary, but as someone who understands the asset, the risk, the context, and the end goal behind each decision.

At its core, my work is about helping people make better decisions by connecting information, context, and execution. My unique advantage is not tied to a single market or role, but to the ability to integrate perspectives and turn complexity into actionable clarity.
